This coffee is a classic Brazil; classic, but slightly lighter bodied when compared to the Bucaramanga (heavier)

This is a dark roast bringing out all the wonderful goodness it has to offer.

Cupping Notes: Well balanced acidity and a delicate medium body. It starts off sweet with notes of tart fruit and finishes with a bittersweet, dark cocoa notes.
